Change Your Focus, Renew Your Mind

Without aim, nobody would lead expeditions of skateboarders through the Pacific Crest Trail or train a flock of seagulls to deliver pizza to unsuspecting Uber drivers.

Ever wake up with a pit in your stomach wondering, “What the f*ck is going on here?” That feeling that there is so much more available than what you have accomplished so far?

The Revenant is a four-day process for leaders committed to living a productively meaningful life. One that requires waking up, reinventing one’s aim, and engaging with a future that’s worth living.

Modern leadership, whether of a company, team, or family, is a sophisticated game of learning how to be revenant. Facing constant change and failure by reinventing yourself to “come back” wiser, sharper and with a vengeance.

Dance with fear, deepen humility, and most of all SPEAK up and LEAD courageously!

The Process of turning leadershit into leadership is more than reading bumper stickers, posting cat memes, and painting Russian nesting dolls.

The Process

Process is a series of actions or steps taken to achieve a particular aim; it is the art and science of purposefully speaking to, and listening for what matters. Most processes are designed to avoid the elephant in the room. We sense what isn’t working but don’t dare say it out loud. The Revenant Process is designed to get you to ride the elephant into the sunrise, leaving mediocrity in its dust.

Distinct from the typical training or coaching program, The Revenant Process uses empirically based methods to surface unspoken beliefs—that pebble in your shoe,  insecurity in the mirror, or conversation you can’t get close to. When spoken into existence, a clearing is created for new and unprecedented action.

Cynical about self-help gurus? Us too. Come as you are. Challenge everything. Here’s what to expect:

SELF-INQUIRY • SELF-MASTERY • LEADERSHIP

SELF-INQUIRY

Become Aware of “It”

Become Aware of “It”

We can’t change what we don’t see! Ever notice perpetual arguments with a spouse, family member, manager or teammate? Chronic complaints about the same shit over and over again is a sign you’re in a rut! Neuroscience reveals that mindset is what produces action. Stinking thinking produces shitty results. Change the mindset and turn leadershit into leadership!

SELF-MASTERY

Learn “It”

Learn “It”

“Men die at 27, but we bury them at 72.”
-Mark Twain

Twain was talking to you! Life is constantly changing therefore learning is never ending. When we stop learning, we start dying. If you thought something you longed for was impossible and it wasn’t, would you want to know? If you discovered that it was possible, are you willing to give up on whatever you are so right about and create something new?

LEADERSHIP

Standing for Others

Standing for Others

The Revenant Process is an exercise in courageous leadership. Rather than getting the right answers, it is about finding powerful questions that not only help you, but others as well. You will learn to collaborate in specific ways that transform the obstacles of fear, confusion, and chaos in today’s world into opportunities for powerful action.

The Revenant Process is perfect for people who love a good massage, but hate how it’s unlike pie, they can’t take the coaches home with them. Come to the Revenant to do the work, not get spoon fed the answers. You don’t need a guru. You need a new idea that hits you so hard and deep, you never look back.

The next Revenant Process will be held in Boise, Idaho on April 20-23, 2023.

What is The Revenant Process?2021-09-13T16:21:58+00:00
The Process is a four day endeavor that is designed like a gym for leaders. You will exercise what it takes to identify and breakthrough conversations you have with yourself and others that limit your ability to fulfill a meaningfully productive life with your family, friends and colleagues.
What is a “Breakthrough?”2021-09-13T16:21:50+00:00
A “breakthrough” is a radical departure from a historical pattern of behavior, trend of results or habitual practice into something new and unrelated to the past condition.
What is the Process Methodology based on?2022-12-26T20:48:53+00:00
It is based on the neuroscientific principles of performance:
  • People always act congruently with the way the world occurs for them. In other words, their actions always align with their perceptions of the world.
  • The way the world occurs for people happens in language. In other words, people’s perceptions are a result of how they talk to themselves and others about the world.
  • Future language transforms current state. In other words, what you believe about the future determines your current mood.
Who would benefit from the Process?2021-09-13T16:21:36+00:00
Research shows that that those who benefit the most from the Process are:
  • People who have a passion to make something meaningful happen in life.
  • Leaders that don’t need it, but recognize the power of concentrated practice, as well as the energy, expense and labor they can save from what they learn.
  • People who participate fully, can gain up to 20 years life experience.
